After our audit with Lloyds Quality Assurance we have successfully transferred from certified ISO 9001-2000 to ISO 9001-2008. Also this month we are pleased to introduce you to the newest member of the team, Sales Technical Adviser, Phil Osborne.
This was a memorable month with all the disruption that the volcano eruption in Iceland had caused and historical events such as all UK flights being grounded and many stranded abroad. However, we were pleased to announce that with our UK stock, deliveries have not been delayed too badly.

February sees dBD concentrating on three of our strong lines, cables, duplexers and introducing a new line of EMR amplifiers
A new year brings a fresh start for dBD Communications. A customer satisfaction questionnaire was sent out and the feedback was very positive and encouraging. Our new years gift to our customers was also well received - an ice scraper - perfect for the inclement weather!

May saw the launch of our new dBD range of audio products. It also saw our 5th month of exceeding the predicted forecast with new orders from the Far East and Middle East and a strengthening of our position within mainland Europe. We thank our customers for their continued support.

dBD Communications continue to increase our portfolio for the customer base and have now added a line of amplifiers coming from CAP Wireless. With this range of active products the technology is offered to our markets so that the system elements can be defined from point of contact. dBD Communications have invested more into growth this year than any other with marketing campaigns and product portfolio as well as stock.
dBD Communications successfully continue to support the Eastern European countries with product supply for both the RF and Microwave spectrum. We have also taken on a new line of amplifiers to complement our portfolio and next month we will be promoting the range from CAP Wireless. With various large tender opportunities being evaluated we are excited about the future growth potential for dBD Communications. We are continuing to grow at a steady pace and ensuring the right products are available to meet our customers needs. .
Another busy month with dBD Communications achieving order targets and satisfying customers needs. Fast response and stock availability has enabled us to maintain the momentum needed to support our existing client base. Some areas are still in need of improvement specifically bespoke and specialist designs which we are currently reviewing and looking to improve on. New product lines are in discussion and we look forward to an exciting end of year
The strong pound against a weakening dollar has enabled dBD Communications to reduce pricing to bring additional savings to our customer base. With additional lines joining the product portfolio, a constant vigil on delivery time and new market exposure dBD Communications are continuing to exhibit a strong focus on our valued customer base.
July saw dBD Communications in tender response mode with 2 major projects being replied to. Due to the flexible and structured processes we have in place dBD Communications continued to meet the needs of our existing commitments and met month end budget. We are bringing new lines to the current portfolio ensure our customers are support in all their needs
June was a very interesting month for dBD Communications with proposals being invited and presented for several large high profile tenders. At a time of great change and development within the communications industry, we are delighted to be able to offer a strong technical and commercially competitive option to organisations of all sizes.
May saw dBD Communications celebrate its 5th successful year in business. We were also delighted to welcome Nicki Purcell to the post of Operations Assistant. With both the business and the team growing, we continue to move forward with our current program of customer focused improvements.
dBD Communications continue to increase it's customer base with supplier approval into another leading commercial product manufacturer. We are also seeing an increased demand for tuned duplexer due to stock and availability. Increased activity and the need for more information has started a package of work to upgrade our website and create an online catalogue, currently not completed but taking shape, to assist our customers.
