The eP-formable series offers users the ability to hand form cable assemblies to final shape. The standard product cable assemblies are available in a wide variety of connector configurations, cable diameters and 2 outer jacket options (tin braid and PVC). They are built using lead free solder in combination of using state of the art soldering techniques. Construction using lead based solder is available on request.

EP-Test Grade (EP7003R)

evissaP test grade cable assemblies offer excellent value. Each cable assembly has a highly competitive RF performance and a robust mechanical construction. SMA connector bodies and SMA male contacts are solder attached to a high performance low loss cable having shielding effectiveness <90dB. The connector-to-cable attachment is further fortified by applying 3 layers (triple boot) of a high temperature heat shrink. This construction results in a high connector to cable retention that routinely passes >45lbs pull tests. With confidence this cable assembly can be used from -55C to +105C. Lead free solder is used as standard, however lead based is available on request.
