COAXIAL DYNAMICS TERMINATIONS 
dBD Communications represents Coaxial Dynamics here in the UK and this month we are promoting their RF Terminations (Loads). Dry Dielectric - 50 Ohm RF load resistors, lightweight dry coaxial loads and can be used in any position. N female connectors and from 5W to 500W. Liquid/Air - Several models of these loads are available to cover CW power ranges from 600W to 12.5 kW over a frequency range of DC to 1 GHZ and DC - 806 MHz. At a characteristic impedance of 50-Ohms, the VSWR does not exceed 1.10 to 1. They can be used to terminate AM, FM, TV, CW or pulse transmissions in 50-ohm coaxial transmission line systems. Forced Air Cooled - This series is capable of dissipating up to 75W of CW RF power from DC Hz to 240 MHz with a VSWR of 1.15:1 or less. With this low reflection coefficient the loads are very useful for tuning transmitters. Same termination uses as the Liquid/Air range. From 1kW to 75 kW. Water Cooled - Capable of dissipating up to 200W of CW RF power from 60 Hz to 800 Mhz with a VSWR of 1.10:1 or less. Again, useful for tuning transmitters. 5W to 200 kW. Dry Dielectric - These 50 Ohm load resistors are lightweight, dry coaxial loads that can be used in any position. All N female connectors and from 5W to 500W. Heat Exchangers - This series is ideal for areas where water is limited. The loads are rugged, self contained, easily operated and portable units, capable of dissipating up to 80 kW of RF power from DC to 800 MHz with a VSWR of 1.10:1. Available from 5kW up to 80 kW.
